This fun-filled, family event takes place on Town Hill (corner of Colonial Ave. and Washington Ave.) It features food and craft vendors, inflatable slides and bounce houses, a scarecrow making station, arts and crafts, games, a fire pit, music, costume contests and more. The day is capped off with a very, very frightening decorated golf-cart parade! Watch the scary carts drive “the Point” the Saturday before Halloween.
